📢 About the Role

Then India Sanmarga Ikya Sangam invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Communications and Publicity Officer.

This role is responsible for:

  • Leading and implementing the organisation’s overall communications strategy.
  • Managing media relations, outreach, and public awareness.
  • Coordinating social media and digital presence.
  • Promoting the organisation in a positive light at all times.
  • Consulting with the Executive Board on communication strategies to enhance service delivery.

The incumbent will:

  • Report directly to the CEO on a daily basis.
  • Maintain liaison with National Executives for effective communication.
  • Work with all Sangam entities and perform other duties as assigned by the CEO and National Executives.

✅ Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in Journalism, Media Relations, or Communications (Public Relations Specialist or similar).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in communications and social media management (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven organisational planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively with stakeholders at all levels.

💼 Remuneration

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
