Intending Sangam members who wish to become paid Life Members of TISI Sangam please download membership form from the link provided below, fill in all relevant details and attach requirement as stated on the membership application form and forward the same to the Head Office via Postal Address as below:

Please note your Life Membership number will only be given once your membership is approved by the TISI Sangam Council of Management. Once your application is approved, you will be notified via the phone number given on the application to make payment. For clarification on the method of payment please e-mail accounts@sangamfiji.com.fj or admin@sangamfiji.com.fj.
Note:
Please note that the membership fee of FJD $40.00 is payable to TISI Sangam Head Office only after the Council of Management approval is given and notified to you. Members will be notified via phone numbers given on the application to make payment once approved.
