SANGAM FOUNDATION

  • The recent flood in January 2009 affected mostly the Nadi and Ba residents. Many schools, shops and dwellings were severly damaged. SangamFiji Foundation lodged an appeal locally and overseas to raise funds and other necessaties for these affected people. SangamFiji is pleased to announce that Auckland TIV Sangam, NZ TISI Sangam and Wellington Sangam donated generously towards the appeal. Cloths, food items, stationeries and even cash was forwarded to the Head Office. There were single donors as well from USA and locally who pitched in for the Foundation.
    SangamFiji Foundation is very thankful to those who supported this venture. Futhermore the schools were given books and stationery from the Head Office Fund as well. The affected students in schools are still being given lunch through this Foundation.

    We still need contributions towards this worthy cause. Please contact the Sangam Head Office if you or your organisation is willing to donate. We encourage cash donation or food items.
